Delivery Methods
NaturalHealthcare.org provides various shipping methods.  As you shop, each product page describes the standard shipping method for the item.

Package Delivery
Most merchandise can be delivered by package carriers such as Federal Express, UPS (United Parcel Service), or USPS (United States Postal Service).  These companies deliver your merchandise to your door.

Large Item Delivery
Some merchandise is too large or too heavy to ship via package carriers.  Contracted freight companies deliver this merchandise.  Examples are Consolidated Freightways, Viking, and Roadway.  These companies telephone you when your merchandise arrives at their terminal to set up a convenient delivery appointment time.  These companies provide curbside delivery.  The carrier is not responsible for bringing the merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing or removing packing materials.

Large Quantity Orders
For orders containing large quantities of merchandise shipping to a single address, please send an e-mail to us at support@naturalhealthcare.org or call 206-713-8182.

Multiple Delivery Addresses
If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

USA Orders:
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order insured by UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, you must choose "Three Day Shipping (3 business days)" and we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that state "Free shipping to the 48 USA states" do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Alaska and Hawaii
Additional charges apply to shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii.   The cost for this service is quoted during the checkout process.

Canada Orders:
We no longer offer Canada Standard Shipping due to the high brokerage fees. Canada Express Shipping gets your package delivered sooner and brokerage fees are lower than Standard Shipping.

International Orders:
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S., you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. NaturalHealthcare.org is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering.
