We offer Instant Online Viewing Access in pay-per-view format for all of the natural healthcare videos and DVD's available on our web site. Viewing periods are for 1-week, 3-months and combinations of instant online viewing access plus a copy of the DVD's sent by mail.
After purchasing one of the online videos available through our online store, you will be sent the following information:
- Order ID
- Access Code
- Video Link, which will enter the Order ID and Access Code into the Login web page for you, making accessing your online video(s) very easy.
Important Information Related to Accessing Online Videos:
You will be able to view the videos on one computer. Your initial login to view the video should be from the computer where you intend to view the video during the viewing period.
If you will be viewing the video on a laptop computer, the initial login (and future viewing) should be from the location where you intend to view the video (home, vs. work or a wifi café). Example: If your purchase is made at work, at home, or in a wifi café, and you are planning on viewing the video primarily from home, your initial login to view the video (and future logins) should be from home.
Our videos are 1.5 to 2 hours in length. Due to the large file size, a high-speed Internet connection is required to view the videos (DSL, Cable, or faster). If you will be using a home network with DSL or Cable Internet to view the video, it is best is to view the video on a computer directly connected to the network (a wired connection). Wireless Internet connections and Broadband wireless cards offered by cell phone companies usually do not provide sufficient connection speed for viewing files of this length.
For those interested in sending access to the videos to family or friends, we offer discounts of 33 to 37% on purchases of online viewing access for 4 or more users. You will be sent additional Access Codes, Video Login Links and Online Viewing Instructions for sending to family and friends with your order confirmation e-mail.
